Our
Church
Calvary Chapel Jericho Road originally began as Calvary Chapel El Cajon. The church moved from El Cajon to La Mesa and made its home on Jericho Road, thus becoming Calvary Chapel Jericho Road.
The Lord opened the door to move once again in 2026 to our current location in La Mesa. We are committed to teaching through the Bible verse by verse, chapter by chapter, book by book. We are a non-denominational church affiliated with the Calvary Chapel Association of churches.
Our Pastor
Pastor Bond is a San Diego native with a heart for teaching the Word, evangelism, discipleship, and reaching those who need to know Jesus. Bond attended Calvary Chapel Bible College in Twin Peaks and went on to serve as a Youth Pastor, Missions Pastor, and Assistant Pastor at several Calvary Chapels throughout the years.
He also planted and pastored a church for 8 years in Southern California before being called overseas to pastor and plant churches and Bible colleges in Asia and Africa for 10+ years with his family.
Bond has a heart to reach our local community and continues to travel to the ends of the earth to fulfill the Great Commission. He has been married for 27 years and has one daughter. Bond looks forward to meeting you and welcoming you with his infectious smile!
